my storefront pull-down menu for depart and category not working

On my store front :https://www.zazzle.com/store/ibelieveimages/products

Go to refine by: department or category, making a selection, nothing happens. It shows a subcategory next to the word products above, but it doesn't go there. And yes, they are all organized in my store management backend.
