New percentages still haven't updated

I changed the percentages on many products before the 20th and they still haven't updated.

For example I changed my kitchen towels in my Christmas store on Sept. 4th, here is one.

I also changed aprons on Sept. 4th

Anyone else? I couldn't find another thread on this issue.

I also changed prices on the 17th on greeting cards, guest books, folded programs and business cards. None of them have changed.

Mine still haven't changed. Have yours? 

@Scott is this a known issue?

At this point I'm more worried about percent changes going into the holiday season.

if they don't change now on the 20th it is over for the Christmas

Even the 24 hour to change a new product is broken again.

Should be able to change product newly made to new percentages within the first 24 hour but not working again.

Did you email prodesigners@? I haven't heard anything about when this will get fixed and now we have the freeze coming in 2 weeks.

This would be less critical if we had an efficient way to change pricing. So frustrating, now I will never have prices changed in time for the holidays.

I did not email them. It also took me a long time to hunt out all the products and change the markups. Hopefully that will all stick and they will get pushed through. I'd hate to have to do it all over again. Kind of down to the wire though!

if it don't work now before tomorrow it will be to late. I Have said this many time why the heck does zazzle not Bata test all there updates before rolling them out like the gaming companies do.. Not that hard to do in the 20th century.

AND WE AS DESIGNERS WILL NOT PAY THE PRICE FROM LOST SALES OR DOWN TIME.

It appears that some have updated and some haven't, and the ones that haven't don't look like they have a new percentage to change to? This is such a mess.

Please give us a better way to update prices across product lines.

Some of mine did not update either. I don't know about all of them as my list of what I changed is not near me. And you are correct, the new percentage to change to is now missing. I know I tried to change over 1,500 greeting cards and Christmas cards and it did not work. I started this process with plenty of time before the holidays for the change to happen. And now I am stuck with them at the original markup. 

Very frustrating.

I'm in the same boat. Some changed, some did not. I manually went in and re-edited the royalty and much to my surprise, it actually stuck.  Then I tried bulk editing to what the royalty was supposed to be on other products, and only some stuck, while others went back to showing the pending, new royalty.
