No Chat Notification?

I'm not receiving any email notifications when I get a 'chat' message. According to Zazzle chat info page:

  • Check your email that is registered to your Zazzle account. Just look for the email with the subject line: “You have a new message on Zazzle” and click on the “View Message” button from the email that will take you straight to Zazzle!

But I never get these. Is it something I need to set up on my account page or a glitch? I get other notifications, like when I make a sale, but nothing for chats.

It looks like you have the notification disabled - https://www.zazzle.com/my/account/notificationsettings

Hi there, I am receiving these emails for messages, but when I go the page it only shows New Message in red but not text. Not sure where to click to expand it and see the message.

Same here; shows the notifications but nothing really on Zazzle inbox

@kestrada2906 if you get an email notification but no chat, that means zazzle has identified it as a spam message and deleted it before you see it. We still get the notification for some reason

Thanks Sara. Weird it should be us to decide that like on Instagram.
