I've migrated several images from early Samsung Galaxy phone cases, which have been discontinued, to iPhones. Ive tried both iPhone 16 and iPhone 15 models, but strangely there are no simulated images showing for the products, or in-situ.

- Here is a work around until the problem is fixed. It is a pain to have to go back and fix them all but I have found that if you go back in and switch to the iphone 14 and then back again to the 16 they will show up. However if anything else is not right it won't show. If you forget to switch the title sometimes the image will not appear. Also, I found that with the older phones I had typed the model type at the end of the title, and on those I had to manually delete that on some to get the automatic model type to populate. And the marketplace directory needs to be updated too on some for the image to appear. Hope this helps. It is a pain to have to go back and change them.

Would you happen to know if the Background Color put onto an iPhone 16 case is in fact "wrapped around" covering the sides, top, and bottom as a whole color? Ie, if I Edit Design, choose Background Color "Pink", it appears to be Pink on all side, top, and back. Does the printer of this product in fact truly color the entire case as per the Background Color selected? I emailed support and it could take a while to hear back. 🙂

Thank you so much, Samack - your workaround solved the problem, although I had to re-post as new products. I am very grateful to you for your speedy advice!

Sorry to hear you had to repost. I didn't have to. Mine worked from the original once I ticked all the boxes and had the correct iPhone Market Department and Title Ending corrected. There may have been a few I had to switch more than once but I can't be sure cause I did too many to be sure about anything. lol!
