No new products at zazzle search

I did a search on zazzle for Zizzago and the result shows the popular products, then I clicked on newest and there was an announcement saying  “Your search for "zizzago" did not match any products”, is the technical people aware of that? If not can you please fix it. I did other searches for other stores and all have the same problem, I am using an iPad 9 pro

It appears to be happening for any search term (not just stores) using the 'newest filter'.

I was just coming here to say this.  I love to search for the newest products and no matter what search I try today when I switch from popular to newest it says that there are no results.

This really needs to be fixed. POPULAR as a sort is fairly useless to me. I always sort by NEWEST.
