No option for media? (mock up)

I recently added a product, and would like to add the mock up but I don't see an option to add it. Is it only available for certain products?

Maybe you can't add a mockup to a direct only product?

@homespuncottage looks like it's a private product. Have you hidden it?

the option to add your own mockup via media manager may appear if it's public
