No product image downloads available?

I'm trying to create a mockup for a paper cup, but it does not show any product image downloads

@Anne Engineering are aware but no time-frame for a fix according to Scott as they're not sure what's causing the issue.  It was reported in August https://community.zazzle.com/t5/technical-issues/download-mockups-not-available-for-paper-cups/td-p/...
