No products in the collection

Hi, when I add products to a collection, they don't show up in it. Can you correct that? Thank you.

Same here. I added a product to an existing collection. The little pop-up said it was added, but not there.

I've also had issues adding products to existing collections and not having them show up since yesterday. Conversely I tried to remove some from a collection and they kept appearing until today. Seems like indexing is slow since some (but not all) of the changes/additions I tried to make yesterday appeared today.

Me too, something is wrong, it was just working a few days ago... what happen?

Same issues here, it wasn't showing up in the actual collection thought maybe I didn't add it then went to add another and weirdly could see the first invisible in the collection on the little thumbnail? I will leave it and return later to see if any new ones show up in the collection eventually... But frustrating that is for sure, I hope this gets fixed.

I have tried to recreate this but my products are adding to a collection as normal.

Can I please ask for an example of a product and which specific collection you are trying to add it to so we can investigate?

The same thing is happening to me as well. I added two new products into a collection an hour ago and they are still not showing up on the collection. They are not at the bottom, neither at the top nor anywhere else. If I click on add to a collection they do show the box "checked" in the correct collection, but they are not showing on the collection itself.

Mark, you were asking for an example. I don't know if you are going to be able to see my products and the collection I'm referring to on Zazzle's backend, as both products and the collection are still in "hidden" mode since I'm still working on this collection before releasing it to the public, but just in case you can actually see them, the new products not showing up are:

Hi, now even if I deleted some products from the collection, they still appear in it. Can you fix it? Thanks in advance.

Can you link the collection and products you are having issues with? I'm able to add/delete from collections as expected. Maybe also provide what OS and browser you are using.

Now there are no more deleted products, but there are no new ones either, and the collection shows as if they are in it by number,... 🤔

I don't know if this might help, but I thought the same thing was happening to me.

I added a product to a collection and it didn't appear in the collection as the first item at the top like has always been the case previously.

Anyway, I tried again, scrolled down and it does get added to a collection, but as the last product at the bottom  instead of the first.

So, it might be worth checking that out.

That is what is happening! Thank you for the suggestion to look. I actually like it better as I am often having to go into the collection to move them down anyways. Now they are added to the bottom of the collection and I for one prefer that.

* I also noticed that they made a mistake about that. They should fix it to be like before. That we add products and that they appear in the collection in that order, because this creates huge confusion. And the customer does not see everything he needs from the same design. I hope you fix this soon. Thank you.

I noticed that the products currently get added to the end of the collections. Don’t know if it’s accidental but it is a VERY desirable option for me. If you going to fix this to the way it was, please PLEASE can we have an additional option to add products to the END of the collection. Thank you!

Yes, products are being erroneously added to the end of collections by default. But that may not be the issue reported above. Others will have to let us know.

If you add a product to a collection please check the end of the collection. If the product is still missing then please link us to the collection + the product you're trying to add.

Hi, this is happening again, I put the products in the collection and it says they are in it, but when I want to look at them in the collection itself - they don't appear. Can you take a look at what's going on? Thank you.
