No Views on Products Created

In general, Zazzle usually lists new products as having 1 view.. However, the past 7 days I've created several products in a few different stores that show no (0) views.  Am I the only one with this problem?

I have quite a few with  zero views dating from July 3. So 16 days. Attention @tech support.

@Mark Tried to send you zero view product links via chat. Chat not working. When I attempt to get links from my numerous zero views t-shirts created on July 3, just shows zazzle dot com, no forward slash store name, product ID. Tried from public side, same thing.  I would prefer to send via chat. A little help here…. Also, why can’t I pull up the product ID? Is something broken regarding my shop, I am logged in, but all that shows is zazzle dot com up instead of the forward slash and shop name. Best I can do is send a quick view screenshot via chat, if you let me know how to send. (I had several chats with Scott and I cleared them yesterday now nothing there works.)

I have sent you a chat now. Hopefully you can reply to it.

I am unsure of the issue with your products as my test store is working as expected. Maybe try clearing cache and cookies to rule that out.

Hi Mark, I cleared cookies and cache for you, I always do it, once a day at minimum. Didn't change anything.
I replied to your chat message. This is an ongoing no views problem, once every several months. I usually report it every time. This time (July 3 no views) I waited to see if it would eventually fix itself.
Today is 7/19, still showing no views for any product posted july 3.
Thanks for checking into it and hopefully doing a permanent fix, like moving me to a different server?

My last viewed are still not working on a couple of my stores since July 15.  

Yes, same for me. I got a friend to click on a few of my product pages a couple months ago, and they showed up on the View Counter. But I usually inspect all of my products myself to check I haven't made any glaring errors (esp with the customizable bits). So I got accustomed to seeing all '1's even though that was just me visiting.  I've been seeing '0's for a few months. And I did a quick test yesterday, logging into my other Zazzle account and trying a few products on this account. Still '0's (I think they normally update overnight if things are working okay.)

Hi @Mark,

Here's an example of one that I viewed from my other Zazzle account, but which also didn't register the View. But I don't think any of my products update at the moment on either of the two stores on this Skullpilot Account.

I checked two of your stores and the last viewed date has updated to yesterday.

Can you please advise which stores are not updating?

I didn't even realize this was an issue, but just checked my items and I have a large number with 0 views.

Does this mean they have no chance of selling? Can this be fixed.

Also, I have put in a large amount of time creating over 200 products but I am not getting any (or very little) traffic to my store from Zazzle. Could this be one of the causes.

It looks like the view count has updated for those three products so I don't believe there is an issue.

I was about to thank you again, but noticed something. Each of the items I had linked, that you then looked at now have 5 or more views. Perhaps it is because I posted it on this forum, but want to rule out some other issue. Is there a way for me to send you another product with zero view privately so we can check that?

Mine are also not working - 0 views across all products and not showing in search results either

All of your products were created in the last 48 hours. Please allow up to 72 hours for indexing to complete to allow customers to view your products.

@Mark This still isn't working - none of my designs are showing in search results. Can you please advise whether this is a known issue and, if so, when it is likely to be fixed please?

@Scottthat’s interesting. I seriously couldn’t find them when I looked. Can I ask how you found them? Maybe I need to change some of the tags

I just searched by the product title. When you follow one of the links above you'll see the search term that I used.

I have a product that shows 0 Views. It was created in 2022 and sold in June 2023 so I think it should have at least 1 view.
