I uploaded wrong images or videos to the Media Manager of Collections. However, when i try to delete them by clicking on the three dots on the top right site of the image, there is no possibility to delete them (nor does anything appear). I am using a tablet.
Isn't there supposed to appear a delete option? How can i delete wrong images from collection Media Managers?

Hi Fiona,
I received a mail from Zazzle to update my product and collection media manager as they don't apply to the requirements (single product images shouldn't be shown in collection manager). Please find screenshots of the mail in the first two photos attached.
However, if I want to delete images from the manager, there's no way to do it. The last picture shows a screenshot where i press the three dots, but no drop down menu or delete option appears. So basically you don't see anything.
I'll appreciate any help.

I am involved in situation where I had uploaded a video to a Product Media Manager, but the product video is too short (under 5 seconds). I created another video which I would like to upload to the same product, but I kept getting "Server error". How do I delete the video uploaded to Product Media Manager, so I can upload a longer product video? There are no three dots which appear on the upper corner, so I am clueless as to how to delete a video from Product Media Manager.
