I've posted a few different Save the Date cards to a collection to see if any would show up in the collection, and none of them did. They show with a check mark in the Add Products window, but the collection itself isn't working.

You need to make sure the save the dates are saved in Weddings > Invitations & Stationery > Save the Dates department for it to show up in the slot (if that's what you mean)
It does help the Tech Team if you can link to the collection that is misbehaving and also link to the product
eg - just been to your store to view the latest save the date you made

It's in the Invitations - save the dates instead of weddings - invitations & stationery - save the dates
needs to be in
It's easy to change the department then your save the dates will fall automatically into the slot
