Some Products not showing in Edit Collection

I created a new collection here https://www.zazzle.com/collections/sea_foam_green_beach_house_coastal_cottage_style-1197522482282079...

And It has 17 products in it which appear to all show in the public storefront view. However, when I go to "edit collection" only 12 products appear. Therefore I am not able to properly rearrange the products in the collection because it is only showing me 12 of them 🙃

I can't tell what sort of collection it is, but do you maybe have it set to group sorting on the back end? If you do, then you have to drill down on each type of product to see all of them - like if there's more than one invitation, it groups them together. If you want to arrange the order they appear in the public collection you need to choose ungrouped sort and then you can see and arrange them all (if that's what the problem is!)

Thanks for trying to help. I don't have them grouped to anythnig. It's a home & living, cross-sell / event suite and it just looks like this on the backend -
