Cannot find my store

I opened a Zazzle account today and am feeling a little stressed out, because I am already running into technical issues with this website. I created a store only to realize that someone in my home town already has a similar name, so I did not want to sell anything under that name. I did not get any further than the name on that one. After looking around in help it appeared that I could not change that store's username. So, I created another store, uploaded a logo, banner and completed the profile. It said everything was complete and I could add products.

I could not find a way to even get to the store, because every time I visited "My Account" I was shown the button to create another store. Finally after logging out, and logging back in, I went to "My Account" and click thed Manage Stores button. I saw BOTH stores, but hovered over the one I didn't want and clicked Delete. That one was permanently deleted.

I clicked store I wanted to keep because I wanted to get back to the settings (bio, images, etc.) but every time I clicked it, it went to the storefornt, which results in an error because I set the store to private. How are we supposed to set stores to public if we can't get back to their settings.

To cut an already long story short, I went back to My Account > Manage Stores only to now not see ANY store. It says 0 results. And I have no option/button to create another store.

Can anyone provide any help? Is the store I set up gone? I have already logged out and in many times. I am sad that this is so frustrating and I haven't even gotten to add any products yet.

You are on the right track, probably was a caching issue. Have to give the Zazzle servers a little time to index your products/shop/collections etc.

Note that this appears to be resolved. Am hoping this was all just a caching or new store situation!

I have the same issue. I created a store and now can't find it in settings. I already put all the info in for that store. When I want to create a new one with the same name, it shows that the store name is already taken, so it does exist....

Go to your profile (via https://www.zazzle.com/my/home) then My Profile and any stores you have opened should be under the 'stores' tab. Make sure the 'show' drop down is set to All

Then just click through to what we call the backend - that's where all your store settings are.

A new store won't appear immediately on your store front. It takes time to index

If you do want your store connected to your profile from https://www.zazzle.com/my/home) then My Profile - tab along to the Settings  tab - advanced settings and click the checkbox next to your store's name - then submit to save

I signed out and logged in, did the same thing as you described and still says ''Sorry, there are no results."  

Probably is the issue because I'm new on Zazzle... Made an account 2-3 days ago and yesterday I start to build up my profile and one store... maybe too much at once and it takes time to index as you stated? Do you maybe know how much time this takes?

@M_Schmidt  yep - it can take a fair few days for everything to set up. (think about a week for things to settle down - nothing is immediate) but you should still be able to see the store you made.

Have faith - and lots of patience

Oh ok. I'll wait about a week. If nothing happens after that time I'll contact Zazzle support and ask for help there 🙂

@M_Schmidt  Have you made a product yet and posted it for sale? Your store should appear in the options. The sooner you start creating products for your store - the better as they take time to index too

Not yet, just tags, descriptions, images, and banners for both the profile and the store. I did try though to make one product just to see if there would be an option where I want to place the product (maybe if my store shows up as the option) but didn't see it.

I think i tried everything 🙈 whatever i click on "Manage my stores" or on my Profile the "store" bar it shows like i don't have one. All i get is "Sorry, there are no results." (it's not like in your screenshot that you shared)  

Maybe I'll contact Zazzle help support sooner 😆

are you on desktop? if you are seeing this

that means you're on your store front - you need to press "return to profile management" to get to the screenshot I showed before.

But yes - if after a few more days, nothing has happened - I'd report it.
