Is anyone else having issues with transferring your design onto products that you want your designs on? All of a sudden this afternoon I'm not able to transfer my design onto any products. I have 2 stores, one is my main store, but I tried on multiple items in both my stores to see if it would work and it does not. So when I click on one of my already design products, "transfer this design", the page that comes up next it's as if I'm creating something without any design whatsoever. So what is supposed to happen is once you click on "transfer this design", the next page comes up shows like a little thumbnail of your graphic and then you would choose what product you want to design on - this is not happening.

Try this—-
clear your browser cache, history,cookies etc.
Close your browser.
Log out of zazzle.
Restart your computer.
Login to zazzle, try again to transfer your image.

On the particular web browser that I've been using for Zazzle since day 1, I did do all of that & and it still did not work. But I just went onto a different web browser and was able to transfer my design onto a product and had no issues. Thanks for you help!

I tried all this and it still does not work. When I click on transfer design under actions of already made items it opens the generic customer Personalized Custom Gifts page. I tried adding to items from this new layout but it just brings up a blank item with no image. This is really a problem. Please put the page back to the items the designers can work on. Thank you This is the page that comes up. https://www.zazzle.com/custom/gifts?tdid=dd32e562-04ab-4a50-aa45-7f675afb9452 - I am going to start another thread because this one says it has a solution and that solution does not work. I am using Chrome.

I tried a different browser and it still is not working correctly. The link to transfer goes to the wrong page.

So now today I am having the exact same issues as everyone else - cannot transfer design onto another product. Normally when this happens I would just use another browser and had no problems. But no - not today!😠 This is really a pain in the butt!

Yes, any products you transfer will also transfer the title, description and tags.

Same here. I can transfer a design onto some products, but not all. It's been going on for a while now. I've cleared data, restarted my computer, etc. and it's still not completely working. It used to work, so something has changed.

Please look at all the posts, we all have the same problem. We're trying to transfer our images to a different product and it isn't working! The workaround works, but why should we make do with a workaround?

Thank you for your reply. It's happening on most products that I try to transfer the design to another product. Here are a few examples. Can't transfer design from large mug to square throw pillow, beach towel to medium fleece blanket. It's happening on almost every product I try to transfer. Thank you for looking into this!

What, exactly, is still happening? Can you share details on what you're seeing?
This thread was started a few months ago when we were experiencing an issue which has since been resolved. Essentially, you would transfer a design, but the design would not be carried over to the new product. It would just be blank. This same issue is not happening today.
So, we'd appreciate it if you could share what you're seeing. A link to the product or web page that you're starting on, and a step-by-step list of the actions that you're taking would be great.

Hi Scott. When you are on the product page. You go to action, transfer this design, pick your product ( it doesn't matter what you choose it's all the same) then you get onto the product page. That's where the problem lies, the image hasn't been transfered and you're looking at a blank product.

When you're choosing the new product, scroll down past that top bunch of links until you see a grid of products. Try selecting one of those. Alternatively, there's a search box near the top of the page which you can type into.

But that's the workaround, why doesn't it work like it did before where you could choose the top bunch? Which made it easier.

It is happening today. It used to work perfectly. The design would transfer to the product selected. Not it's just a blank product. There are are few products where the transferring is working, but not on the majority.

I'm not sure if I understand what the problem is. Sounds like you may be experiencing something different than the user above.
Can you link me to the starting product? Can you let me know what product type you're trying to transfer to?

I believe it's the same problem. I don't know how to add a link here. I tried and couldn't do it. Go to my Wild Violet Studio store and try the first product that appears, a pocket folder with a pink axolotl. Select "transfer this design" from the dropdown. Then go to throw pillows and choose the first throw pillow. A moment later you will see the pillow, as expected, but the image will not transfer as it used to. It is just blank. It's supposed to transfer the design, background color, custom text, and data entered. It's occurring with practically every product. Thank you for your help.

I am having the same problems. I start from the back end under the thumbnail transfer option.
I tried different products etc. No luck.
Update, I just tried a browser I never use.
The same thing happened.
I decided to "edit" this blank wall art canvas. There was no back end to speak of so clearly I could not grab an image.
I deleted what I though was cookies ...causing me to break my Evernote and still have the transfer issue with Zazzle but now a broken evernote...one of those days I guess.
I restarted the laptop. no luck. I used Fire Fox.
