Notification Bell Stuck & No New Notifications

Two days ago my notification bell stopped working and is stuck. I am using firefox, it is up to date, so i dont know what else it could possible be, can someone help me with this please?

Sometimes if I scroll down...waaaaay down, then refresh the page, it will jostle itself loose.

Ive never had to do this before but its fixed now I had to go into my history and clear recent history...
