Only Front View Available for Newly Created Invitation

I created a new invitation from an existing one - different color, same design. When I published the invitation, there's only one view available - the one with the front of the invite and the hand holding the phone.

I think this might have to do with the fact that the invitation I started with had a cover image, and when you create a new product from an existing one that has a cover, the cover for the original product appears as the default image when publishing the new one. I think (but I'm not sure) that this bug is triggered if you forget to enter product merchandising and change the image to one of the standard views rather than leaving it on the default (which is the cover from the product you edited to create the new one.)

This is the second or third time I've encountered this issue today - the other times I just deleted the invitation and started over, but this time I decided to keep it so you could investigate. I waited a few hours to see if it would right itself, but no luck.

Anyhow, here's the link: Gold Frills & Lilac Purple Elegant QR Code Wedding Invitation | Zazzle

ETA: Just got the same error again. Gold Filigree on Burgundy Elegant QR Code Wedding Invitation | Zazzle
In case it's relevant, here's the product that I edited to create the Burgundy one:

This time I was SUPER careful and made sure that I changed the view away from the old cover before publishing, but it didn't make a difference - so that's a red herring. Now I'm thinking maybe it has to do with creating it from newly created product or from one with a recently uploaded cover?

UPDATE: The Burgundy one fixed itself, and then I discovered that it had an error, so I had to re-do it anyway. Hmmm....

Anyway, I set the burgundy one to private in case you need to look at it, but I'll delete it as soon as I know you don't need it for reference since I've already replaced it.

The lilac one still has the problem.

even when you set a new product to the default image, it does not show up properly in the back end or collections. It will only show the cover photo of the previous product.

This happened to me yesterday as well. It's fixed itself this morning. I also had started from a product with a cover photo.

Hey @Cat,

I can see that the Lilac Purple one still has the issue so I have passed it on to the team now. I will let you know once I hear back.

Another Update. The Lilac one has sorted itself out, but now I have this emerald green version with the problem: Gold Frills Emerald Green Elegant QR Code Wedding Invitation | Zazzle

Curiously, if I sign out, all of the views are there - I just can't see them when signed in, so I can't download them to make a cover.

Same, this happened to me this morning also - the templates are missing.

All of mine have sorted themselves out - which, I'm guessing, means it's some sort of an indexing problem. So far, I've only encountered this issue on invitations - I made new versions of some keychains that had covers, and they all worked just fine. Don't know if that's universally true or just a coincidence.

Anyhow, for the moment, I'm gonna just adjust my workflow and create all the colors first, and THEN make all the covers.
