My payment details on Zazzle are saving my town twice and it will not match my W-8BEN form. I have tried everything to clear this. At one point I did think I had solved the problem as Google had been auto filling in the address. This had turned on in an update. I cleared the google address details and turned off the auto fill. I was then able to then clear the Zazzle payments address. I re entered my address and saved update as I have done with all the many updates I have tried. I have had emails to say updated. They were not updated and the address still has my town entered twice. This will not match my W-8ben form. I emailed the Zazzle team and I said I think there's a glitch on address payments and I was told to add my town twice to my W-8ben form and see if that works. But my address will be wrong on my form. Please can someone look into this.
