When I upload a pdf file, Zazzle resizes them to 5" X 7". No matter what size poster I upload. I have uploaded 100's of PDF files without issue. But for the last couple of months, zazzle says they are all the 5" X 7". I just uploaded a 24" X 36" poster, 170 MB. Zazzle says: "we've noticed that your image is a different size than your selected poster size." The preview image is very pixilated. Somehow zazzle is resizing the file. I uploaded a 24" X 36" poster. I've printed this on my large format printer. I know the size is correct. I don't want to upload an image file. The quality goes down if my customer chooses a different size than what I listed it at.
