Personalization field not working with Morgana (not using swashes)

Yesterday I made a few changes to my best selling business card which is now using Morgana. Removed my mockup photo, gave the Morgana words another layer for possible added weight. (I'm waiting until these changes take place to replace with my new Morgana type mockup.) This morning I tried personalizing the fields but NONE of them are responding. I cannot change my dummy type. And when I try to open the design tool, the screen just goes blank and I can't get to it.

This is my bread & butter seller! Help!!!

PS: And like everyone else, personalization/swashes are not working correctly with the designs I have with Morgana that do have swatches.

I noticed it takes time for the changes to take place. If it's a best seller, it could take 5 days for the template to be updated (as stated in the replace product pop up) Perhaps it hasn't gone through the process fully yet?

@Sara_H , thanks, that's what I'm hoping! But it's unnerving, to say the least. Plus, I'm worried about how many sales I'm losing in the meanwhile. I sell at least a few of these every week, along with it's matching/coordinating products.

I tried to add my name to it and it was frozen - cross fingers best sellers get to be updated first - I have quite lot of them waiting to be updated too due Morgana messing with template placement

UPDATE: looks as though that card is back to normal –everything works as it should & I was able to upload a new cover photo.

I swear, this replace product thing is driving me crazy because it goes through so many stages – 1st it's grayed out, then it's not grayed out but no changes have taken place, then it looks as though it's changed but it's not when you go into the design tool, then it doesn't work, then it's grayed out again – AGHHH! And I haven't quite figured out all the stages yet so it's freaking me out. I think I need to step away from Zazzle for a bit until it settles down. (But I know I won't/can't 😳)

I tested the second product on your products page- the multi-colored marble looking business card, and all the templates still seem to be frozen. I can't delete or edit any of the text. And I tried going into the design tool, and I can't do that either. I'm not sure if that's the one you were talking about, but if so, it still isn't working.

@Connie thanks for letting me know. No, that's probably my 2nd best selling card which I also edited last night. Yeah, I can't get into the design tool, either. But the 1st one that I originally posted about is now working fine. Guess it takes time? Ugh. This is so frustrating. And don't even get me started on all the personalized products using Morgana which have swashes, which don't even work if touched. I really hope they get this straightened out soon. We're all losing sales each day (as well as Zazzle).

I hope they fix this soon, I just received my first customer complaint.  They changed a date in the middle of the invite, and the top text changed to the date.  They are not even the same font or text boxes.   All of their invitations they received are wrong.

this is stressful. and I'm sad to see that as I search the forum, no one from Zazzle has chimed in about this yet. I am still looking tho.
