Pillows are blank on the product page, no image is showing. Possibly due to the new in situ rollout?

but they're missing from the backend--only the thumbnails and photos for the front and back view show.

Pillows seem to show fine when I log into your account and review your Pinned stores. If you're still experiencing this issue can you let me know which stores are affected?

All three of my stores are affected (links in my e-Signature).

Only in the backend (under Actions > Edit Details > Product Merchandising > Change options ) are the new in-situs missing. When individual product pages are pulled up, the insitus show properly.

This is what I see when I attempt to select one of the new insitus. The insitus show up as an option at the link but not in the edit details for the link.

Just chiming in here to see if this is ongoing for you both? I have looked into this on my end and the pillows are appearing as normal, both on the marketplace and in the Store backend. @Laura , the example you provided above did show as blank initially on clicking into the product page, but corrected itself within a matter of seconds.

The example I provided still shows blank for me, it doesn't correct itself and it doesn't matter if I'm logged in or not. Here's another PID 189975937355877186 

ETA: When I click personalize this template, ONLY then the image shows on the pillow.
Here's another PID 189033255295392652 where only the burgundy color shows the image.

Also, here's a PID 189289326626002237 where the pillow is not blank however when I go to use the in situ views, they aren't available as an option.

The pillows in one collection in my shop are all showing up blank. I thought it was a strange system error, so I deleted that collection, started a new collection, and added the pillows to the new collection. And....they still show up as blank pillows.

My collections are also showing the blank pillows. Was hoping all of this would be fixed by now

Here's one that appears blank in my collection thumbnail (on my All Collections page): PID 189000912840697393, blank when I'm logged in but not blank when I'm not logged in

I'm still not able to switch my pillow images to one of the new insitus. In fact, they don't show up for me for me when I try to edit and change them.
