Pinterest Error- Pinning Directly from Zazzle

Trying to share products directly from Zazzle "share to Pinterest" button. Yesterday none of the items could be pinned. Today I was able to share a couple but still getting error on others. It looks like this is a problem posted about before. Screenshot for reference

Hi,  I am having the same problem.  Tried sharing to Pinterest yesterday, 8th March, 2025 and I keep getting the same error message.

Same problem here. It is a Zazzle problem. Was happening yesterday and I figured it might be Pinterest. Today when I tried posting Zazzle items from my web site the same something wrong message came up. I did manage to get one listed but only the first try. I then tried posting something from Amazon and it went right onto Pinterest. I tried a second item to be sure and it is working for everything except Zazzle. I think Pinterest is having a problem with Zazzle and it will have to be settled with the techs. I just hope that since it is a weekend we don't have to wait until Monday to see any movement.

Problems with posting to Pinterest here too. This has been happening since yesterday afternoon. It was working fine the day before. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. I have a lot to put into Pinterest.

Adding to this.  I'm having the same problem.  So I tried creating a pin directly from Pinterest.  Problem seems to be Zazzle has disabled pinning from the site.

Same issue on My Android - Samsung Phone, My PC - Chrome, and Microsoft Browser. All not working.

This is still happening to me and it has been close to a week and sales seem to be going down the drain. I know this happened last year and they fixed it so I don't know why it is taking so long now.  Send email to Zazzle contact.

I am getting the same error since yesterday 3/9/2025 . Is it a Zazzle issue or a Pinterest issue.

I have not had feedback from Pinterest as yet.

It's a Zazzle issue. They are bound to be aware of it, so I don't know what is going on. It's almost like they don't want you to make sales.

My experience with this problem is this:
1. Cannot pin directly from the product page on Zazzle to Pinterest. I get the "Something went wrong" message.
2. I can create manual pins on Pinterest, but after I finish creating the manual pin, I cannot click on the pin in Pinterest and have it take me to the Zazzle product page. In other words, the pin is locked and cannot access the product on Zazzle.

Hi, I have been making direct pins the last few days and adding a couple images to carousel since I was there.  I just read your post and was shocked to think all my work was for naught. I tried clicking on my last pin and as you said it did not take me to the item page. I was bummed. I don't know if it is new or was always there but when you click on the three dots at the top one of the options is to 'view site' and it takes you to the Zazzle page. This is all well and good but I still cannot save pins for Zazzle directly from stores or my web page.

This problem has been happening to me since the 4th which is a terribly long time especially when I have seen so many other posting the problem. I have also sent email direct to help 'technical problem' from one of my stores. All I can suggest now is that anyone experiencing this problem send direct emails. Fingers Crossed.

It is still not working  - not even to create an organic pin for a collection from the URL.!  😖

Has anyone gotten a reply back regarding this matter?  The longer this goes on the more unprofessional they appear. If they have jerked the rug out from under us, and we can no longer pin then they should say so, or if it's just a technical issue same again, say something. This is ridiculous.

Ability to pin has resumed! Thanks

It’s not working for me. Additionally, one of my collections has completely disappeared, even though I’m still able to add products to it. I can't see it either in store management or public view mode.

It's not working in any of my shops today.
