Pinterest links disappear on mobile app

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but is this normal. When I post my own pinterest pin and link to my zazzle product you are only able to click through to it if using a laptop. If you use a mobile phone, or pinterest app there is nothing there to click through to. I've tried it without the affiliate link so that is not the problem.  I sell on other sites and links to Etsy and Redbubble work just fine. Is this normal or is there a fix? (edit some product links work, but most don't)

I have the same problem. A huge percentage of pins - the link doesn't appear, even though it's there. I hope they fix it soon

Thanks for replying, it's good to know I'm not the only one. Hopefully it's just a glitch, but it makes the pinterest pins almost pointless.

I have a Samsung Galaxy model phone running Android v14.
Whether using the Pinterest app or visiting via my browser (Firefox), there is a clear Visit button and tapping it takes you to the product on Zazzle. In the app, tapping on the pic also takes you directly to the product on Zazzle. In the browser, tapping the pic takes you to a larger pic but there is a clear Visit button at top of that image which takes you to the product on Zazzle.

Since these are my own pins as the logged-in pinner, I browsed around and clicked on other random Zazzle pins from other people and they all had this same format, behaved the same way.

For those of you saying there's no way to click through to the product on Zazzle, what phone and OS (Android, iOS or other?) are you using? Pinterest app or phone browser?

The visit button links have returned again today, which is wierd. My phone is Motorola edge android.

I wonder if they disappear and reappear and I've only just noticed, or was it a glitch.

I just checked mine this morning. I have several pins on Pinterest of different products. The link on all of them work on my Samsung Android phone except the two mugs that I have pinned. But, the links for the mugs work when clicked on my PC. This is frustrating since one of my mugs has gotten over a hundred impressions and a lot of pins. I'm going to contact Zazzle and see if they know what is causing this problem.

I forgot to add that even on the mugs, the "Visist" button is on my phone. When you click on it, it takes you to a Zazzle page with a bunch of mugs - not mine.

Well, it seems that my links are working now, too. Very odd.
