Please Fix Link to Transfer Product in designers back end.

I tried all the items in solution on post to the question about not being able to transfer products and it still does not work. When I click on transfer design under actions of already made items it opens the generic customer Personalized Custom Gifts page. I tried adding to items from this new layout/page but it just brings up a blank item with no image. This is really a problem. Please put the original link back (to transfer this design at the bottom of actions drop down menu) so we can work on designs.   Thank you  This is the page that comes up.  https://www.zazzle.com/custom/gifts?tdid=dd32e562-04ab-4a50-aa45-7f675afb9452

This is working fine from my end. When the page comes up with product options, scroll down the page until you get to a grid of blank products. Pick one of those. Don't click on one of the links at the top of the page.

Having the same issue, all products! 2 days now. 😞 Different computers, and different browsers....so what perhaps is the issue?

Have you tried clearing your cache, logging out and back in?  It worked for me once I did that.  It does not look exactly like the old product transfer page looked but it does work.   As Scott said above make sure to scroll down to the the bottom of the page to find the grid of products and go from there.

I still can not transfer a design in the backend.
