I had it happen maybe a week or ago when I had multiple tabs open because I was pulling hidden items back out. It ended up freezing everything, forcing me to use Ctr-Alt-Del to shut down and start fresh. I blamed the multiple tabs because they might indicate a bot at work. Do you, like many of us do, work with multiple tabs open? Another time, it showed up immediately when I switched to using my other computer. Regardless, whatever the thing is trying to prevent, what it's actually preventing is our trying to work.
