I have had a few products printed and the quality has been poor. I have downloaded the best quality image I can and used the guidelines and preview looks spot on. I save my design as a png file and it’s 16mp (4096 x 4096). Then the product arrives and looks slightly different with its placement and it looks like the print has run. Is it my design?

I have no idea if this is related to the print problems you're seeing or not, but I noticed that your artwork doesn't extend all the way to the red bleed line in places. It doesn't look like the printing issues line up with those places, so it may be an unrelated issue, but in general, if you want the artwork to print all the way to the edge, it's a good idea to extend it to or past the bleed line.

Thank you. I am going to take a really close look at all my designs to ensure that is covered.
