Product Merchandising and Guest books

Hi, I'm on Chrome [Version 132.0.6834.160] and Mac [Sequoia 15.3]

I'm having a difficult time with changing the style of guest book on this product, that I'm recently taking out of optimization.  https://www.zazzle.com/pink_diamond_white_bunny_rabbit_baby_memory_book-256428166824841913   When I change the style from the original "guest book" [11x8] to the next one over [9x6], I get this message "Product designed by 3Cattails is no longer availableafterwards, like the product doesn't exist anymore.  Am I doing something wrong?  Or does this have to do with switching it to a foil guest book??  I can't figure it out.  TIA

looks like you were ahead of the curve - some sizes are now sold out so perhaps you were trying to change at the same time the site was updating

I followed your link and was able to toggle between all of the sizes.

it could be a browser/mac issue. Are you doing the changes via the product merchandising (back end) or on the product page?

like @KeegansCreation I could easily swap between sizes with no issues (firefox/windows)

suggest you try a different browser maybe?

I tried changing it and saving it both ways, from the backend end the product page view as well.  I could swap between the sizes as well, no issues.  It was specifically, after I saved it.  Once I did that, then it goes to the product is no longer available.

I'm using updated chrome browser. It just updated for me a couple of days ago. It seems as though if you take a guest book already created. Change it to the big square size it doesn't show the graphics or text correctly in the design tool. It looks blank. Then if you go to the saved designs and click on it, it says the product doesn't exist. 

I tried making one from a brand new guest book. I clicked on the big square size and in the design tool if you add text, it doesn't show on the design window. You can't add images either and have them show up but they do show up on the product page when you exit the design tool.  You can't design though without being able to see the elements and move them around, resize, etc.. If you add another text box it goes on top of the first and you can't move it. It is just a little circle on the upper left of the design window. 
IN the image below you can see in the preview window on the right it shows the words "add text" but on the design tool window it shows nothing.

The guest books seem to be in stock so that is not the issue them being out of stock like someone else thought. I tried changing the size to a smaller size and the design tool worked fine and I could see the text. It seems to be just the biggest square size that has the issue.

I wanted to add to this 
On the Microsoft Edge
Version 134.0.3124.83 (Official build) (64-bit) browser the opposite happens. You can see the text and images in the design tool but then on the product page, they don't show up on the actual product. And it is happening with all the sizes of guest books starting from a new guest book product.
the guest books do not appear to e out of stock. Maybe they were when this thread was first started but they seem to be in stock now.

@ilovedigis  Yes they've been re-introduced since this thread started (they were out of stock) Have you tried a different browser that's not edge/chromed based? Do you have firefox?

Just tried firefox - looks like it's a bug in the design tool. The artwork won't transfer over to the square guestbook

I have 42 guest books that now say no longer available. I went through alot of my sold ones to see what they would look like on the bigger sizes but never published or saved them. They look like the bigger size but shouldnt be. I messaged Zazzle about it tonight hopefully they can bring them all back
