Product stats, Last viewed date and orders not showing up since 1/9/2023

I just want to ask if anyone, and let Zazzle team know so they can fix it is having this issue again where lasted viewed date isn't updating, and orders as well in product stats, same thing that happened in october/november
I believe it's been since Jan 9th, because the latest product view was 3 days ago and the invitations I've made yesterday haven't been viewed, or a product from another store made a sale, but it days it haven't been view for 2 months : |
Also another thing is, notifications on sales come hours after the sale has been made, has it always been like this?

@Scott I have a question for Scott, Mod. Since this is the same ongoing issue as mentioned in the link, why not lock ALL posts about it that continue to appear? It's unnecessary reading for all of us. I really try to help the mods and the other shops as much as my time permits....

Let's use the existing discussion here for future conversation. I'll be locking this one as it's a duplicate.
@TheDesignerVib1 - We intentionally delay the notifications for sales so that we don't notify people about cancelled orders. Order cancellation doesn't happen too often, but when it does happen it's pretty early in the process. So we delay the notification to help ensure that we're only notifying you about orders that are going to be produced/shipped out.
@idraw - my actual role here at Zazzle is with the Software QA team. I'm basically tasked with being an expert at every facet of our website. This makes me uniquely qualified to help out here on the forums, especially when it comes to new feature releases and bug reporting. I'm happy to be here to support everyone whenever possible, but I can't be here all the time. So there's going to be situations (like today) where I see a duplicate and I lock the discussion, but then I get busy and don't have the chance to lock any other duplicates. At the end of the day, I have to balance my time here with the rest of my QA priorities, which are arguably mission-critical to the company. Hope this helps clarify things a bit.
