Products disappeared

All products created after 2 Feb just disappeared from the store backend. 

I also am suddenly missing a total of 17 pages worth of products

so far they still seem to be showing in their collections.

Yes, same for me too. Products added after Feb 2nd are missing in my shop too.

Same here.  They were there about an hour ago...and now everything I have designed and posted after the 2nd just vanished from my backend across all my stores.  The one's that were in collections can still be found in the collection, but they are gone on the regular backend.  What is going on?

SJoy the same thing just happened to me with my last five products?  Yet, can be found in Collections.  Leaves you floundering!

Hopefully this is just a glitch with being seen in the backend.  When I follow my Pinterest pins, they take me to my product pages so they are still able to be found.  This is still an odd-goings-on for sure, though.

I too have about ten new products (some for Valentine's Day) that disappeared out of my 3 stores but show in my Collections. Hope this gets fixed soon!

Ditto! I'm so sorry to hear this has happened to others, but relieved as it's not just me. I just logged on to create some cover images for my latest products to find almost a week's worth of work completely gone!

Me too!  Was getting ready to do cover photos of the whole collection and it's all just gone.  What I created today I put in the older collection.  It's still there but everything from the 3rd-6th is missing.  Probably just a glitch that zazzle will figure out soon.  Trying not to freak out...I have zero control over it so just laying low and hoping for the best!

Having the same problem. About 20 of my products just got deleted from the store management front. However I can still see them in my collections, on the public frontpage and when i am using a different account.

Yep, me, too.  They reappeared, for about 5 minutes, then were gone again.

Same here. It´s concerning as I worked hard on them...  my last views stopped uploading 4 days ago too. There has been many technical issues in the last few weeks, it seems.

Is this normal on Zazzle? Does it happen often? I am actually considering setting up shop(s) elsewhere but I liked the range of products on Zazzle so I choose this as my "starting place" for online selling.

No, it's not normal. It can take a while to index and show on the marketplace (no more than 3 days from my experience and it's usually just a day). But they always show on the backend once created, so this is very unusual.

I've noticed the same problem today. However, I just happened to 'set to hidden' one of the designs that is affected and it then reappeared in the store backend along with a new design I had just published. But I'm not sure how long they'll stay visible!

Removing a design from a collection doesn't make it reappear in the store backend, it's only when I set it to hidden.

I've lost 28 products (EDIT: plus 9 from my two smaller stores) but not recent creations, so it's difficult to track down what's vanished; but they've been gone since Feb 1st at the earliest.

Same here. I've lost all the products I created over the weekend and my total products number has gone down by about 60'ish. Hopefully it will all reappear soon...

I left, signed out, and came back and the products I just made are still there, but the weekend ones have not show up yet---on the back end.

Mine are still in collections and will take me to the product page when I follow the link from Pinterest.  Hopefully just a glitch.  Hope it gets fixed soon though.  I am very hesitant to make anything new until it is resolved.
