Products flagged in notifications for “optimization” fail to show up at the “optimize” filter linked

I was thrilled to see this notification tool working again & have been trying to use it to make optimization changes to the products flagged for this need but it seems to have once again stopped working for me. I get notified of “12 products” requiring optimization & click the notification to view all 12 via the filter linked in the notification but they have failed to show up in that “optimization” filtered results for several days now. Manually searching via the filter also fails. I can see the first 3 in the preview thumbnails in the notification & find/fix those but not all 12 flagged/hidden products, & not all 14 flagged/hidden products from the previous day’s notification.IMG_3535.jpegIMG_3536.jpeg

It has happened in my Shops, as well, KiniArt.  The notification says 4 or 12 products need "optimization" and when I CLICK through there may be 1 or two products displayed, but not the one that was shown on the Notice nor any of the other multiples mentioned, either.  I have an idea that a random Zazzle programmer wrote a bad program that doesn't work, benefits no one - yet was put into practice - How unique!

Check again tomorrow. There's several things all happening simultaneously, so the notification of the products may appear before the products are "moved" into that section of your backend.

Yes, I've noticed that there is a delay in the process - sometimes a few days. They eventually show up. There seems to be a lag of a few days in most every report/update to store actions.

I think maybe the notice is just alerting you to products that are about to expire. So it's giving you a heads-up to "optimize" them before they actually get hidden. Since they haven't actually been hidden yet, they don't show up when you go to back-end and sort with the Opt Needed filter.  This is just a guess, but the fact that the notice says " ... may need optimizing" and not something more definite like "these products have been hidden and need optimizing", that adds to my belief that this is just a pre-warning giving you chance to take action before they actually do get hidden.
