Products Identified as QC and Hidden were NOT created by QC but created via a single template

As per the recent news products created by Quick Create are being hidden

https://community.zazzle.com/t5/share-your-tips-tricks/mod-tip-quick-product-create-qpc-products-in-...

I checked one store and some of the products showing via the 'created via QUCK CREATE' filter were not created via Quick Create, they were created using the 'TRANSFER' function or via a single product that was edited to create a new product with a variation of color or theme.

A lot of work hidden as incorrectly identified?

ps. I'm not sure if they're hidden or just showing under the QC filter? No idea how this works ....

I'll check on them next time I'm free.

Just a reminder that we would like to keep discussions here focused on the topic at hand. If you have other questions or concerns please create a new discussion thread with relevant examples to support the question, opinion, or feedback. This will help us stay organized.

This won’t just affect me it will affect everyone similarly if it is a parameter issue.

If the algorithm for identifying QC is based on identical parameters then anything created using transfer or ‘edit this design’ will incorrectly be identified as QC.

I will as you advised create a discussion thread identifying all potential issues.

Leah, please send links to examples to team.designer@zazzle.com, and our QA team will investigate further. Providing us with examples is crucial for our team to expedite the process. Please note that only products generated through Quick Product Create that haven't sold within the past 15 months are affected. Thank you.

Heather and Scott, once a product has been locked up in the new QPC jail, how does one bust out? What are the rules for this new leper class of listings?  If you refresh, how long before QPC police lock you up again?  What new hoops do we need to jump through? FYI I refreshed a bunch of listings not long ago that were 4+ years old and that had never sold.  Several sold in the past few days. Two of the refreshed invitation listings sold just this morning.  Moral of the story: they may not all be lepers.

I sent the details to Scott but I can forward to you also. (The products noted weren't created with QC).

Thank you Leah - No need to send to me. Scott is on it looking into with the team.

I just sent the details to team.designer as advised.

@Scott The fastest way to eliminate products incorrectly identified as QC is via the date, products created after QC was withdrawn.

Did you ever get an answer from Zazzle on this issue? I have a lot of products that were created after QPC was eliminated that are showing up as created by QPC.
