Products not grouping

HI, I think this is an ongoing issue, but thought I would check to see if there is a fix on the way.  Items I made over the last 3-4 weeks are not grouping with different color combinations.   None of them have grouped in weeks.

I think the grouping issue has existed before the pre-Christmas season 2021! Several of my group requests never took. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a fix. Sticking them in the same collection is the only workaround I can think of.

This has been an on-again, off-again issue for quite some time. It was fixed in the latter part of last year, but it didn't last long. It's definitely not working again and submitting a request to have them grouped rarely works. It's a really nice feature, I just wish it could be fixed permanently.

Several weeks ago, I submitted several groupings of my products. As of today, none of them have been grouped. Even some that were previously grouped, that I added a few products to, are now no longer grouped. It is very frustrating and makes me more than a little angry. I spent a lot of time making designs of different color precisely so I could have a groups, and hopefully give customers a choice and increase sells, not to have them grouped makes me feel like I have wasted time.

Oh--so that's why none of my shoe designs are grouped! I'd wondered... Well, I've sent them all again.

Is there anyway to help on grouping? I've submitted several designs a few times and they are still not getting grouped.

perhaps Z should remove the statement about appearing on the site within 48 hours until this is fixed. Issue has been ongoing for many months. Products have to be submitted several times for grouping and it takes months to update if it does at all.

I've been having trouble grouping items for weeks.  I e-mailed Zazzle customer support and they asked for a screen shot of the error message I receive when trying to submit a grouping.  Hopefully this will help resolve the issue.  I have lots of Christmas cards waiting to be grouped!

I agree this is a little frustrating that it is not working. But I have faith that the Zprogrammers are doing their best with their to-do list to get through. 🙂

I was very pleased when they told me that the grouping requests are working again. But it appears the error message is just gone. And STILL, no groupings are taking effect.

I realize there are a lot of things going on in the background but I'm wondering if there is any update on grouping. I waited on a variety of products to automatically group and when they didn't I manually tried grouping them. Many new and older designs still aren't grouped.
