Products Not Loading in Creator

Is anyone else having a problem with going into Creator, clicking "Products", and not having any load?  I get a flashing purple circle.  If the issue turns out not to be on Zazzle's end, can anyone give me advice on how to fix it on my end?  Thanks!

We're hoping to have this fixed in the next few hours. Until then, you can start at www.zazzle.com/custom and select the product that you'd like to design on, and then customize it as you'd wish.

I am not familiar with how the Create tool usually works, but I get the same as you, just the flashing purple circle after clicking the Products tabs. Same thing if I enter a product type in the little search bar.

I decided to try a different browser and I had the same problem.  Is there any update on this?

Can anyone help me with this?  I've submitted a support ticket but I haven't received a response as of the time I'm posting this.
