Products not posting - staying in saved designs

Anyone else having problems with products suddenly not posting? When I try posting a new product, it now just goes to saved designs. It goes to the success page, and when I share on Pinterest, it shows up there, but the link goes to a “created by you” version. It doesn’t have my store or info on it like normal.

Also, my products I tried to update using the “replace” button have disappeared. It said it could take up to 24 hours, but they’re gone…the old version and updated versions.

Okay, I feel dumb. So for some reason there was nothing selected under "public, direct only, or hidden". Normally it's auto set on "public", but none of the 3 were selected. I have no idea why. So everything is posting now. I should have checked this. Anyway...if anyone else is having a problem posting products, make sure that one of the 3 radio buttons is selected.

Not sure what is happening for you but I just wanted to let you know you should delete any of those "created by you" links from social media (Pinterest, Twitter, etc). As if someone clicks on it and customizes and buys the design you will not get any royalty. It has to show your store information.

I did… thanks : ) I just wish they would show up. Very strange all of a sudden. I should clarify that they’re not showing on backend or front end. I realize it sometimes takes awhile for them to show up on the front end for customers, but they always show up right away on the back end view. Hmmm

I also haven’t gotten the normal “product has posted” email. I tried changing the fonts thinking that maybe it had something to do with the fact that they’re going to be retiring some fonts and that maybe I’d used those, and that caused the issue. Didn’t work. I’m going to end up with 5 of the same product once it gets fixed lol! But is no one else having this issue?

I don’t always get a “product has been posted” email. For several months, I didn’t receive any of those emails.

I don't either, but I have been for at least the last month, I think. I wonder if it didn't have any visibility pre-selected because of the new "replace" function maybe. The visibility line looked like this. Normally I though "Public" was always pre-selected, or at least I thought that it threw an error if nothing was selected.zazzle-no-visibility-pre-selected.jpg
