When I try to view a product it doesn't appear, the page starts with "Other designs you might like".

I'm having the same issue and its with every one of my products I clicked on

Maybe it's because when I try to create a new product, the title reappears below the normal title field. It's been like this for a few minutes.

Same here. The product is gone on all pages. It doesn't show up nor does the template fields to the right.  I tried with FireFox and it appears to work but not on Chrome.  The product will say: Other designs you might like with products then frequently bought together with those products, and if there's a collection... those links but that's it.  The entire product and the template portion are gone.

It’s just our own products. I can click and see other persons products. And sales are still coming in. Puh!

Yes we are having the same problem on all products, when you click on royalty history products, actually it’s everywhere

I'm also having the same issue: when I click a link to e.g. my aprons https://www.zazzle.com/aura2000/aprons I can see them all, but when I click one of them, the page starts with "Other designs you might like".

Me too. Using Firefox 103.0 (64-bit). It appears it might be an issue for just us designers when logged in. I tried the links in Chrome (where I'm not logged in) and it appears correctly.

I'm having the same problem. It (sometimes, not always) flashes the top of the product page for a half second, then it disappears and I can only see the lower part of the page starting with "Other designs you might like". It happens whenever I click on my products, even from collections and the earnings summary. As stated by someone else, I can click on products by others and see the whole product page, I just can't see my own. When signed out I can click on my products and see the whole page.

Same problem here. Bummer is that now is the time my computer works fast enough that I can actually share items. Now I don't see them except in the Incognito Window but then I am not able to share from there.  Hope it gets fixed before 2 AM

Same problem, all my stores. Thank goodness customers can still view the pages. i hope the tech team is already working on this!

Same thing here BUT if I click on one of my SAVED DESIGNS I can edit and sell again. Might be a workaround for now!

I'm having the same problem - trying to edit my products but it just jumps to the "Other designs" page. Tried rebooting but to no avail - bloody nuisance, I've got a lot of work to do and I can't do it - hope Zazzle is aware of the problem !

Is there a reason for product views to be appearing so large now? Also, all of the alternate views are located below the product instead of to the left side where they used to be. I really don't like this new page view because it forces me to scroll down farther to view more. The products are all so super-sized now. Too much so! Would prefer the old product page view.

This is an AB test. Some users will see the normal webpage, and others will see larger images. We're testing to see if this improves sales.
