Products that should be Digital Download enabled are not and no way for me to enable them

So far I only checked one store re this

A number of items that are eligible for download are not enabled and there is no way for me to enable them.

@CreativeLeahG I have one in my store that isn't enabled (or can't be) due to the fact that the original card I used wasn't part of the digital download type of invitations

They are custom flat cards and invitations.. is it as Sara said then, I need to transfer them to the category that is invitation-specific custom card?
