Products that utilized Sugar Plums bonus being deleted without warning!

Yes - this has been figured out down in the thread of  a different post but I feel it needs serious highlighting on it's own.... I'm sure I'm not the only one who will be affected by this.

Nearly all (and I expect the one missed will disappear soon) of my products that used symbols from the font Sugar Plums bonus have been summarily deleted.. no prior notice, no notification afterwards. Just simply gone. Is this a glitch or permanent? 

What burns me is that I asked about this 2 weeks ago and never received an answer from Zazzle  (    https://community.zazzle.com/t5/technical-issues/question-about-discontinued-fonts/m-p/32699#M3161  ) - and also never expected that the products would simply be disappeared - did you think it would go completely unnoticed?... That was 2 weeks that I could have been finding and modifying those products to not use the font in question, but instead I find that a whole category in my store has simply been wiped clean. Not cool. 

Now I am very concerned over the other products in my store that use discontinued fonts. Please at very least acknowledge this - it's highly discomforting to be kept in the dark.

If you have items with the symbols on that haven't sold don't worry about them. They didn't sell - ok they might have sold one day, but they might not have done. So go and make some new designs instead of trying to track down the others to recreate them. I lost almost 200 products from this episode - I have only recreated the 4 that showed in my top 100 sellers.

Although of course in an ideal world I'd rather have the originals back... since they have marketplace weight and sales data.

I did, but aside from 1 I won't recreate them. I will just perhaps try to boost the others I have in the same niche that are similar.

I noticed a couple of my recent Halloween collections were empty a few days ago, and now I found 2 items that have been deleted in the first 100 products. I have no idea how many products are missing. Thank you so much for your kind instruction, Clare!

Is there a way to know if we've used certain fonts in our products? I feel like I've used this font, but I don't think I've had anything deleted?

I don't think so - the only way would be for Zazzle to tell us - since they can tell via their back end somehow.

The way I found out was by going through my collections. I always make at least 7 products per collection and when I walked through all my collections I found some that had only one or 2 products.  For example, I had a birthday party collection with invites, paper plates etc. and all that was left was cake pops because there hadn't been room on that small surface for the symbol swoosh I'd used. So at least I knew from the last cake pop standing what had been lost and how to recreate things.

It's worth a walk through your collections to see if any have been greatly reduced and if you can figure out how to recreate them (if it's worth that work) based on the survivors.

Unfortunately I don't think there is a way... other than to pick through everything, to find products with certain fonts.

I dont think I ever used this font, I know I haven't used any dingbat fonts in any of my stores, but I am surprised nobody from Z has chimed in. This is very bizarre to me. I hope all of your lost products can be restored and FIXED.

I never used the Sugar Plums symbol fonts but got one product deleted and I think I used the regular Sugar Plums font for that one... can't remember exactly since it was one of my first products and sold only 10 copies plus since I'm not a big fan of whimsical script fonts I rarely use them or remember that I used them 😄

As so many of you I have a lot of products in my stores and it's impossible to keep up with knowing what fonts I used for what products... I also find it very bizarre that no one from Zazzle says anything?

I'm glad that I have used collections for some of my designs otherwise it would have taken me a bit longer to realize how many more products were removed. This week I found one half empty or one completely empty collection because I used one of the symbols. Time to start over. 😐

Loooong sigh. I cannot count how many times this has happened and is going to happen. I am livid. A buyer just told me one of my invitations she wanted to buy was no longer available. I have no clue why it mysteriously disappeared but the other sets are still there. I have grown beyond frustrated with Zazzle. Me, along with hundreds of others. It's the lack of communication for me. It's the lack of consideration. WE keep this ship moving, yet, somehow we are treated like deck hands.

I just saw this thread and began to check on my products. I have very popular graduation announcements that used these symbols gone from my store. This is devastating to me. I'm not talkiing about one or two. Many and it was a good deal of my income here at zazzle. I pray zazzle can fix this and bring these products back!

That's not going to happen. Your best bet is to re-do them, unfortunately.
