Recent designs have disappeared from store backend

All of the designs that I have been creating over the last few days have completely disappeared from my store. I shared the designs on Pinterest after I created them, and when I click the link on Pinterest it takes me to the product page on Zazzle. So the designs must still be on the Zazzle marketplace, but I cannot see them in the backend of my store. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I am seeing the same thing. Products I designed from Feb 3 and 4 and. most of today are no longer visible in my store's backend.

Yep just noticed this too. Went from showing 715 to 644 designs. And even though earlier it was showing the last viewed date as a day ago, now it's showing only from 3 days ago. And of course this happens while I'm in the process of doing cover photos for my recent items.

Everything I designed today and for the last few days has suddenly disappeared. The last products in my store that I created that appear are from 1/30. Everything since then has disappeared. In the backend nothing views since 2/1.

Question: if this has happened to anyone in the past, does Zazzle eventually "find" the products? I'm wondering if I should continue designing now or wait for the bugs to get fixed.

I came here to say the same thing. I made a bunch of designs yesterday and they aren't in my backend at all. I know they won't necessarily be in the marketplace yet, but I cant see them at all. I can direct link to them (there are still some of them in my recent views from looking at them last night but they aren't in my backend.) Glad I'm not alone.

I kinda wish there weren't so many updates to other things, when the most basic things are still so buggy. Like let's save the updates to collections or requiring our own photos on products, when it takes our products 8-10 days to even show up in the marketplace now and I still don't even have the ability to edit my designs on this account, but its supposed to be a function available to everyone and it's not.

Same here. I wanted to edit some new products I created, but they no longer show in the back end. The collection I made for them doesn’t show in the public storefront, but thankfully is still showing in the back end. This is the only place where I can still see the products.

 Same  here ,Yesterday I publishes some new  items .Even got  confirming email  from Zazzle  about its publishing . Not  they  gone .

I too have lost exactly 101 items over the last few days. However, the missing items can still be seen at the very very very bottom of all my Zazzle pages under "recently viewed items".
So, all these Zazzle items are still somewhere. They are not 100% gone, it seems.

Just received an email reply to my query about this problem and was told everything is fine and my products are all showing. Hmmm...NOT. Still missing around 800 products including 150 new items created since 2/2. Anyone have more/better info?

Same for me too but if I click from my recently viewed items the product page does still exist so fingers crossed they will all return soon.

Did anyone (from the people affected by the bug) create new products since this problem was first noticed? I am not sure what to do, if I should create new items or wait for this bug to be fixed.
