[Repost] Profile and store banner images won't update properly when changed

NOTE: I am reposting this issue. The original thread was closed by the moderator who thought the same issue was being discussed here. I believe this is a different issue.

Profile picture and store banner images won't update properly when changed.

I am setting up a new store and I'm having trouble getting my profile picture and store banner to show up properly. Same with my creator account page.

Here's what happens:

I select images for the profile and banner in my store settings. I crop and select accept changes. The store banner does not show up, even when I select "View public Profile". Same thing happens on my main creator account page.

Additionally, when I select an image for the profile picture in my store, it does work, but it also changes the profile image on my creator account. I would like two different profile images ... one specific to me as a creator/artist, and another one that is branded to my store.

Neither of these features seems to be working as they should. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

Here is what I am seeing when I am logged in to my account ...

Main profile: The circular profile photo is not what I set it to be. It is picking the image I set for my store. The banner image I set does not show up at all in the "View public storefront" view. What you see here seems to be a Zazzle supplied default.

NOTE: When I am logged out (or looking on a customer's computer) the banners and profile photo that I selected all appear as I have chosen. (My face and "Dave Ginsberg" on my "artist/creator" page, and the saturn icon and "Pixel Planet Pictures" on my store). So the issue seems to be a display problem only when logged in to the setting pages.)

BTW - Although the proper banners show up when logged out, they are blown up and blurred like the issue that is being discussed in this thread. But, as I said in the first post, dear moderators, that is a different problem.
