Anyone here encountered the following?
Background: Opened shop a few years ago, but have only really been actively populating from 03/2023.
When I first came back I noticed work posted to it under 'my stuff', which was not mine. Here are examples:
At first I thought my account was hacked, but then also considered someone inside Zazzle perhaps saw the account was inactive and used it for self-expression. Because of this I have been cautious and delayed finalizing payment details and entering any more personal details.
Today I saw for the first time that an address field was also completed under my profile, but not by me. You will see this address is in Thailand. Here a screenshot:
Interestingly, either related or unrelated is the next head-scratcher: - when the internet is really slow or lagging, a chinese word or symbol appears where the Zazzle cart icon should be for a few seconds before it corrects. See screenshot:
At first I thought Zazzle platform may have been built and/or maintain outside the US, hence the possible appearance of this icon, but after doing some research found it to be a private company based in the US with no foreign based investors which could give reason for this icon.
Can anyone share some light on these two issues?
Is Zazzle tech team able to trace the footprint of this nefarious activity on my account?
Other than changing password, should my email be changed too, or will first action suffice?
On the whole, I take every care to safeguard my computer and tread carefully online. The above is a concern for obvious reasons. Another real concern is the fact that I want to complete a W8 form soon, but recently read somewhere on the forum that the information need to match address ect. exactly as first entered. The problem being of course that I never entered a full address, but that this falsly entered address could now possible stick as first address entered and cause problems when submitting the forms for payment? I will not update anything from my side as yet, so that the tech team has evidence.
Could the Zazzle team kindly look into this and advise? Creators, any similar experiences and solid advice will be appreciated. Thank you in advance

I have done so. May I go ahead and change the offender's address located in my address field?
Will the fact that this person entered a false address, since it never contained one before, impact the filling out of the W8 form in the future?
Any clarity on the strange icon in the cart section when internet speed is slow?

You're very welcome.
You can go ahead and remove the address saved in your account. There will be no negative consequences for changing the address.
I am looking into the issue with the cart with the team and will let you know as soon as possible.
