Retractable leashes not showing

HI, I think something came out that new products were not showing in designers stores, but I can't find the details.  The retractable leashes I make don't show up for me in my store.   Anyone know if it takes a few days or how we can access them again?

I didn't know we had retractable leashes. But I can see them in your store and the MP in general. Are you saying you can't see them via the backend or at all?

Are you part of designing on new products?  I recently had an issue as well and replied to the email I got from them regarding the product to let them no my issue.  They responded quickly and fixed it. Perhaps reply to the email you got and let them know what's going on.

I didn’t know that Zazzle offers retractable leashes, either.

I had no idea this was a new product.  Its a great product for "dog lovers"   I have not seen them in the marketplace. .   For me I see slower to show up in store for all of my  new products. so maybe its the same for the new retractable leashes

I see them in Marketplace with search for dog leash. 10/12/24 12:40 pm PDT

I just made one and it does not appear on the backend of my store, but when I view the public storefront, I can see it.

The new "Dog Leash" product today, it DOES NOT SHOW UP on Store Management or the Store. Why? Double-checked everything. Just doesn't show up after clicking "Sell It". HELP.
