Well, I got the oops message today ("We can't seem to find the product you are looking for"): 2 designs have disappeared from Saved Designs. I had just accessed them a couple of minutes earlier. This is something that happened in July, that seemed to be corrected. What is the fix/solution for this? Saved Designs is now not usable.
Thank you

I did not get a reply about this. The problem continues. Not every product in Saved Designs disappears. Just a lot of them, enough that I really need to just abandon trying to use this feature.

I was trying to reply to Mark that the problem is still present (still on 10/5), but when I hit reply, it accepted his remark as a "solution", which is not what I intended. There seems to be no way to correct an unintended solution accepted.
