Royalties not updating

I changed my default royalty setting many days ago, and still none of them updated. It doesn’t even work if I edit each product individually. Also when posting a new product, still the old percentage is set by default. I edited the global setting again 2 days ago, hoping it was just a temporary issue, but still not updating. I could make some changes to test before the 20th, they updated in about 1 day. I can’t have my previous setting for another month! Please fix till the daily royalty updates end at the 30th.

Excuse me, can you tell how long it will approximately take? Lowering my royalties caused my order numbers to drop to nearly none, so I need this to be fixed, but the deadline is getting closer and closer. I'm worried I'll have to wait till the 20th next month, if not longer because of technical issues.

I submitted royalty changes department by department 5-6 days ago 200 at a time. I spot checked items multiple times to see that the new pending rates appeared in the little box on the royalty page. Most of those boxes disappeared several days ago. Usually when those boxes have disappeared, it meant that the changes would appear within hours. This time there were mostly no changes. It has been days. Houston, we seem to definitely have a problem.

Does this mean we’re stuck with our wrong royalty settings? For how long? Are we going to get compensated for the earnings lost because of not fixing this issue in a reasonable timeframe?

I posted this on 4/28 regarding not being able to change royalties despite Zazzle’s supposed extension through the end of April:

5/7 update: Price changes never went through as Zazzle promised they would even though they were submitted by the EOM. There have been no responses from Zazzle as to why the failure or any word about a further extension. Just silence. Avoidance. Crickets. Nothing.
It’s frustrating that royalty change issues reported by multiple designers have not been addressed since Mark’s 4/25 comment. Please give us the courtesy of a response. And reopen the royalty change window.

@Mark can someone let us know if we need to re-do our royalty changes again for this coming month? Mine have still not updated from the changes I made before the 30th, which we were told would still update daily.

I came here about the same thing.. changed royalties 4 days ago, still no change .. hope they get this fixed before the deadline

Any word on when it will begin to work? I have spent countless unnecessary hours changing royalties in numerous stores to have it glitch and not stick.. only to have to repeat repeat repeat repeat repeat .. you get the message ..
and oh btw .. drilling down to show say products that are enabled or eligible for direct download is not working, yes I have the digital stats box ticked, product visibility all, and it has missed many products that are currently enabled that needed changed .. Last week early I finally set an account wide default and applied it to all current available products .. it still missed some .. not cool.

I suspect Zazzle never does any planning. So they have this idea to change the way royalties work, so do it. However they probable didn't consider the repercussions. Now I know I should be wrong about this, but this is Zazzle we are talking about.🙄

I am also waiting. I updated 4 days ago (on the morning of the 30th was my last updates, since they said we had until then), and they are still not updating. Watching sales come in on items I know I changed and seeing the lower royalties.

I have the same issue. To be honest, I haven't read the new terms. Is it possible that there's something about not letting us change royalties anymore? If this was a bug, it shouldn't take 3 weeks to fix.

Tried all the tricks. Royalties are not going to pending. Whether you do them in batches/by product or individually.

I believe Zazzle had a cut off date of April 15th, for making rates changes immediately and then going back to the old system of changing on the 20th of every month after April 15th.

they had posted in the forum that they were giving until April 30th for the daily changes.
