Royalties not updating

I changed my default royalty setting many days ago, and still none of them updated. It doesn’t even work if I edit each product individually. Also when posting a new product, still the old percentage is set by default. I edited the global setting again 2 days ago, hoping it was just a temporary issue, but still not updating. I could make some changes to test before the 20th, they updated in about 1 day. I can’t have my previous setting for another month! Please fix till the daily royalty updates end at the 30th.

Excuse me, can you tell how long it will approximately take? Lowering my royalties caused my order numbers to drop to nearly none, so I need this to be fixed, but the deadline is getting closer and closer. I'm worried I'll have to wait till the 20th next month, if not longer because of technical issues.

I submitted royalty changes department by department 5-6 days ago 200 at a time. I spot checked items multiple times to see that the new pending rates appeared in the little box on the royalty page. Most of those boxes disappeared several days ago.  Usually when those boxes have disappeared, it meant that the changes would appear within hours.  This time there were mostly no changes. It has been days.  Houston, we seem to definitely have a problem.

Do you have any update on this? Mine still hasn’t updated, and the deadline is here.

I came here about the same thing.. changed royalties 4 days ago, still no change .. hope they get this fixed before the deadline

Oooops, never mind, I see royalty changes were extended to the 30th. 

In that case, mine haven't changed either.

Same here. I tried to raise royalty rates, but they keep reverting back.

Any word on when it will begin to work? I have spent countless unnecessary hours changing royalties in numerous stores to have it glitch and not stick.. only to have to repeat repeat repeat repeat  repeat .. you get the message .. 

and oh btw .. drilling down to show say products that are enabled or eligible for direct download is not working, yes I have the digital stats box ticked, product visibility all, and it has missed many products that are currently enabled that needed changed .. Last week early I finally set an account wide default and applied it to all current available products .. it still missed some .. not cool. IMG_6036.jpeg

I suspect Zazzle never does any planning. So they have this idea to change the way royalties work, so do it. However they probable didn't consider the repercussions. Now I know I should be wrong about this, but this is Zazzle we are talking about.🙄
