Royalty changes are not updating

Been trying to change my royalty is a store for 2 days.. it simply is not accepting the change.. with only 5 days to go, Im a bit nervous over this bug

Hi Deb,
I can confirm that your Royalty change requests are being logged and just need to be applied. Are you judging this off the Royalty change interface not reflecting your new percentage when you go back in to it? If so, this no longer updates while a royalty is pending. We will hopefully apply your current requests by the end of the day. Thanks.

I made changes store wide 2 days ago, royalties still reflect old royalty before changes 2 days ago. Also, Typically when you change royalty and later click edit you will see your royalty before the change .. but also what it will be when it changes.. this also is not happening

I can see the changes you requested yesterday have taken affect. Again, the feature you mentioned there hasn't been active for quite some time, so don't use this to judge your request was successful. If the store you mentioned still doesn't seem to have changed, please share the name/ID and I can check it out.
