Royalty History Not Updating

My Royalty History has not updated for a few hours even though I have made a couple of sales since the most recent update.  My numbers have gone up in my Earnings Summary, but I can't see what products I've sold.  Usually the Royalty History updates much more quickly than this.  Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?  Thanks!

I've not had any sales so not experiencing any movement - lol. Are you in the promotor program @TriciaS ? If you've had $0 referral sales (ie someone has bought something else after coming through your link) you get those sales  counted in your Royalty Totals but not listed

Hi Sara -- These are definitely sales that I made, they're not through the Referral program.

Yes, I made a sale over an hour ago.

It's showing up on the "earnings summary" counter, "royalty by product" if I do a search for today's date, "history" under "earnings" heading, but NOT in "royalty history" under "royalty reports". I always like to see who bought it, from where, what version, & if it was 3rd party or not. 

It was working earlier this morning, since I made 2 sales about an hour or so before this became broken. I hope this is fixed shortly.

Yes, I have the same issue that it's not showing in the Royalty History but you should be able to view it in the Earning History. I can view mine there.

I have the same issue today. Looking in Earnings History instead of Royalty History is the workaround. Zazzle is having some glitches with updating things. But this workaround does work.

Ditto. I've made a number of sales this morning but my Royalty History hasn't updated since just after 5am local time.

My Royalty History has now updated.  I had forgotten about the workaround, so thanks to everyone who mentioned it because I never would have remembered it on my own! 😀

I notice that this "delay-in-reporting" error has returned today. I have made (at least) one sale this afternoon that has not been reflected in the Royalty History for the past 4 hours (and this report usually updates in 10-15 minutes max).

(the Earnings & Transactions History and Royalty by Product reports do update properly though).

If you go into my account, you can see by choosing the show 100 in the Royalty History (and select the filter to show cleared and pending) that there is a difference in the number of entries. The discrepancy totals 13 missing entries.
