Royalty History not working again

I've gotten a sale this morning, along with 2 cancellations from yesterday, which is not reflected in the "royalty history". The "summary" counter is working. So is "history", which reflects the sale & the cancellations. (The cancellations should have even shown up yesterday, since someone had ordered the exact same items an hour or so later, but they never turned pink yesterday & the "summary" counter never reflected that.) If you do a search under "royalty by product", today's sale shows up.

Also, in "royalty history", nothing new has turned green & cleared today (from 30 days ago).

So to recap, "royalty history" seems broken. Please look into this.

Ditto –wish I could delete! Everything is working just fine now.

Actually by posting, even tho the history updated and is working for you now, and you feel like you wish you could delete your post. your post helps shops to remember to pay attention to their royalty history and monitor it regularly. 👌👍
