Hello All,
Not sure if this "glitch" is happening again across or it is just me, but I am not seeing my sales as well. I know of at least one from last week and another this week that are not showing up anywhere on the system: products sort by sales, sales history reports, accounting reports, etc. I never received notifications of the sales as well. Please advise.

Great; thank you. The two that I am aware of are: (1) leggings bought last Saturday by a family member. I am informed by her that the order was placed; I have no record of it at all - anywhere, and was never notified of the sale; (2) the second is a long sleeve t-shirt, which I bought. It shows up in my order history (as being made), but does not appear in my accounting or sales reports.

The last date I have received notification of sales was 9/23 - for an order that I made myself. The leggings (Rich Gold Leggings, Product ID: 256545405861943298) order made by the family member was on the same day, but I never received notification of it.

I don't see anything on my end for those leggings. Can you ask your family member for the 169xxx number from their order? Or maybe the Order ID 131xxx?

On a related note, this order was part of the refer a friend/collaborate with a friend deal and they never received the discount. For some reason, the code that was sent to them did not work. I tried to fix it, but it seems that I failed to do so and they ended up paying the regular price. Would you please grant them the discount?

Based on what I'm seeing, this order was not as straightforward as the customer going to your store, then customizing, then purchasing. This product does not appear in your sales history because there was something else that happened along the line that kept it from being credited to your store. I'm sorry that this happened. In the future I'd recommend that you share only public products (don't edit the product and share the edited product). I can't tell for certain exactly how this happened, but there isn't anything that I can do to help from here. I'd contact our support team and see if there's anything that they can offer.
Also, looks like the promo code didnt help because it didnt apply to the purchase. It's $25 off of an order of $75 or more, and that $75 is the pre-tax price. Their order only reached the $75 mark after tax was applied, so the promo code didn't apply to the order.

Thanks for the clarification, Scott. The confusion is that it was supposed to be part of the collaborate on a design. We were going to add to the design, but that did not work. So, she ended up buying the existing product. (It is part of my learning the system,) But it should still have shown up as a purchase from my store. How about order ID: 131-76672883-1872968? This product is already shipped, according to the order history, but still does not appear anywhere in my sales.

I had two similar sales that I bought from my own store that never showed as sales in my store, too, a while back. No sales show on the product listing, and no royalty received. I posted about it at the time.

That is very odd. If it is not related to your (and my) store, where does the data/royalties go to? How can an item sold from a particular store be "unlinked" from that store? I've had another incident where an item I bought (paid for and actually received- in hand now) was omitted from my sales and accounting reports (including royalties). These experiences are not reassuring at all.
