This is not the first time I have written about this problem but it is the first time a buyer has contacted me. I thought that I messed up and did not make the text customizable. I checked it out and it was done correctly but it was not showing up to personalize. I blamed it in the past because I made items using the old batch system. I told customer he would have to cancel order and I made a new one for him. I am now worried that many of my items might not be working which would be a negative for sales. I have been dealing with this same issue for months. I was made aware by a customer, same exact problem as you have. The customer was frustrated. After that, I talked with tech back and forth for a month, they said (paraphrasing) it was my issue not theirs, and told me that I would have to redo the hundreds plus of products and delete the ones which by the way have the “text template” but lack the missing “personalize link” , which was caused by the “allow editing on product page” to not be activated. The odd thing is that it happened to mainly specific types of products and in large groups in certain windows of time.
Redoing the product causes the views to start over, when the non working product is deleted. Keep in mind that we have a 100k limit, so it isn’t practical to keep the non working products hidden or direct only.
