Server error message: Upload failed

For the past hour or so I am getting the "image upload failed" message. I've tried uploading my images from both the design window, as well as from the saved images window. Doesn't matter what type of file, I can neither upload a .png or .jpeg file. I'm just wondering if this is a problem on Zazzle's end? I can't image it being on my end, but I'd be curious to know if there is anything I can do differently to work around this. Thank you! 🙂2023-11-02_16-28-57.png2023-11-02_16-30-23.png

Yes and me! Thanks for flagging this, good to know it wasn't just me. I do hope it gets sorted soon as I can not find a way round the problem either!

tried uploading images on the .co.uk and same server error issue. Was successful uploading an image on the .com.au site though @LuciFinch  (I was tempted to try all the international sites and see which one worked first)

Me too! How annoying! It's making me want to go to another POD system because this seems to be an ongoing problem. There's an August post that went clear through September or so with no resolution there either...

Kearley, I feel you. Lots and lots of technical issues with Zazzle lately. This happened to me a couple days ago too. I don't know what's going on. Hopefully Zazzle tech gets their act together. It shouldn't be more frustrating than enjoyable to create.

I've been uploading cover photos today and it worked well. I just got a request to change a design and now I can't upload the png file I need. 🫤 Hopefully it is rectified soon.

it also is not allowing us to transfer our designs right now. it won't grab the artwork or the product information.

It's back down again and I'm logging off bcuz I can't get anything accomplished.

I'm sorry to vent, but I'm growing increasingly disappointed with these petty issues. I don't make nearly enough from my Zazzle sales to justify being near this frustrated. Which brings me to another (unrelated) issue... A while back (3 or 4 months ago?), Zazzle changed something. I'm not nearly techy enough to understand how it works, but my sales have been decreasing steadily ever since. It's literally like I'm not getting any traffic to any of my products at all! For as populated a site as Zazzle is, tech and web functions should be top notch. This is unacceptable.

Thank you for the heads up - I've been experiencing this through the evening and was thinking I must have been doing something wrong! I'll wait to try again in the morning 🙂

I still can not upload files over a like 5 mb.  I just tried one that is a little over 11mb.  I have had this issue since mid September.  The files I have uploaded in the meantime have either been small or I have driven to someones house where they have really high speed internet. (since I live very rural I am having to drive at least 30 min to get somewhere where I can upload)  I can upload the same files to Canva and other places at home with no issues except it takes a few minutes.  I was able to upload files just fine on Zazzle until mid September.

I am not sure which is the best thread to add this on to, but...

I know I am a broken record here, but I have new designs that I can't upload. I can not upload video files to add to product listings or collections. I can make more products out of old designs, but I would like to get my new art up.  I tried several spots today with free public wifi that are faster than my home internet (starbucks, mcdonalds, whataburger, etc.- I went all over) and I still can't get my files downloaded.  And I drove 30 minutes so I could sit and get some work done specifically on Zazzle because nothing is close to where I live.  The files upload from my home just fine to other places (albeit slowly).  I am to the point where I am losing momentum with my shop and sales have dwindled to only a couple a week.  It is extremely discouraging.  I shouldn't have to depend on public wifi to work when I was able to upload files from home up until around mid September.  If there is some kind of new internet minimum required to be able to utilize the site it would be great to at least know so I don't have to keep swimming upstream.
