Server Error when trying to open saved designs

Hi @James and @Scott 

 I am working in the Zazzle Create Design Tool, making collection banners. I have all my banners saved in saved designs. Today I went to edit a banner and the saved design is there, but when I click to open it I get an error message that says "Oops! We can't seem to find the product you're looking for." I tried all my other saved banner designs and got the same thing.

Can you repair this glitch?

Exactly the same thing happened with me, same error message with one of my saved design ! I finally deleted it ... and had to work from scratch again.

I have been getting this same error on any saved design that I try to click on. This has been going on for at least the past four days now.

I cannot click on any saved designs to make products with. I keep getting the error: Oops! We can't seem to find the product you're looking for. Products with designs on them, I have no issues with. This has been going on since around 3/14/2024. I have noticed other people are getting this issues, I was wondering if people still are.

Here is the error message that I get, and the link that it directed to this error message.

This happens to me when I have deleted the saved design. For some reason the image  will sometimes linger in the saved design area, but as the product is not really there, I can't access it, so  I just start again.

I also do Postcrossing!

I have never deleted any of my saved designs, and it is a problem with all my designs. I tried making new designs from new uploads, and designs from previously saved images. I get this error with all of them.

If I want to upload any designs on products, I have to go with start a new design, and put it on the product itself. Thankfully, I do not get the error with my designs on products.

The other thing I can suggest is that perhaps the particular product you are trying to open from your saved designs is no longer available for sale in Zazzle. Do you have the same problem with various types of products? or only with something like, for example, the white tumbler which was recently discontinued?

I have zero problem with products of any sort. I have no issues of making a saved design, and putting all the information into it. Clicking on the saved design that has no product on it, gives me this error. I use the saved the design as a default to put on products. I just checked again, and I am still having this error. I even tried other web browsers, and I am still getting this issue.

I am not familiar with "Saved Designs" not associated with a product. How are you saving a design without first putting it on a product?

I just start a new design, upload my design, adjust it to the guidelines, and I save it. It goes into the product section as just a design. Then I rename it, and add a description. If you have that saved, you can just click on that design, and put it on any product without having to go start a new design.

I am not creating a product. I need the saved design itself.

I have this issue. Only my digital designs, every one of them, are all giving me this message as of 3 days ago. Was hoping it was a glitch but they don’t seem to be returning.
